End User License Agreement

This agreement governs use of SRC Books (the "App"), a private application owned and operated by Universal Transformations LLC, doing business as She Reigns Creative ("SRC"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the App
The App is licensed solely for internal use by SRC and its authorised personnel to connect SRC's own QuickBooks Online company. No license is granted to any other person or organisation.
2. Permitted use
- Reading and reporting on SRC's QuickBooks Online data.
- Creating, updating, voiding or deleting records only after explicit approval by an authorised SRC administrator.
3. Restrictions
You may not share the App's access keys, attempt to access any QuickBooks company other than SRC's, reverse engineer the App, or use it in violation of Intuit's terms or applicable law.
4. Intuit and QuickBooks
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. The App is not made or endorsed by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service.
5. Accuracy
Outputs produced with help from AI assistants may contain errors. Financial decisions and filings should be checked against QuickBooks and reviewed by a qualified professional.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
7. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App from QuickBooks or from the App's dashboard.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
