SRC Books (the "App") is a private, internal application operated by Universal Transformations LLC, doing business as She Reigns Creative ("SRC", "we", "us"), El Dorado Hills, California. The App connects SRC's own QuickBooks Online company to SRC's internal tools and AI assistants. It is not offered to the public or to other QuickBooks customers.

Information we access

When an authorised SRC administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the App receives OAuth 2.0 tokens from Intuit and can access the accounting data in SRC's QuickBooks company, such as customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, accounts and financial reports. We do not access any other QuickBooks company.

How we use it

• To let SRC staff and SRC's internal AI assistants read financial information and reports.
• To create or update records in QuickBooks when an SRC administrator explicitly approves the change.
• To keep an activity log of changes made through the App.

We do not sell, rent or share QuickBooks data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

When SRC staff ask an AI assistant (such as Anthropic's Claude) a question that needs QuickBooks data, the relevant data is sent to that AI provider to answer the request. The provider acts as SRC's service provider under its commercial terms. Only the data needed for the request is sent.

Storage and security

• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and stored in a private database accessible only to the App's server.
• All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). QuickBooks credentials (username and password) are never seen or stored by the App.
• Access to the App's dashboard requires an administrator login. AI access requires a secret key.
• We do not store copies of QuickBooks data beyond the activity log of changes made through the App.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting the App, either from the App's dashboard or from QuickBooks, revokes access and deletes the stored tokens. Activity log entries are kept for record-keeping and can be deleted on request.

Service providers

The App is hosted on Vercel and uses InsForge for its database, and connects to Intuit's QuickBooks Online API and to AI providers as described above.
